REQUISITOS TECNOLÓGICOS PARA AUDIÊNCIAS JUDICIAIS POR VIDEOCONFERÊNCIA:
aumentando a credibilidade e a confiabilidade de testemunhos remotos

Este artigo analisa os requisitos tecnológicos necessários para aumentar a credibilidade e a confiabilidade das audiências judiciais por videoconferência, sob a perspectiva interna do Judiciário. Com base na experiência prática de um juiz que conduz audiências diárias, o estudo identifica limitações das plataformas atuais quanto à verificação da autenticidade dos testemunhos e propõe funcionalidades adaptadas ao contexto judicial. Reconhecendo que as audiências remotas representam uma conveniência para as partes, sem suprimir a opção de comparecimento presencial, sugere-se a implementação de recursos como rastreamento ocular, verificação do ambiente, bloqueio de aplicativos paralelos e melhorias na qualidade da transmissão. Conclui-se que o desenvolvimento de módulos específicos para testemunhas, focados em segurança e monitoramento, pode contribuir significativamente para equiparar a credibilidade entre audiências remotas e presenciais, ampliando o acesso à justiça sem comprometer a confiabilidade processual.
